Here are some quick answers to some common questions...

🖤 When will my item ship?

Our current processing time is 7-10 Business days Monday-Friday before an item ships.

🖤 How do you ship orders? 

All items are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

🖤 Where are you shipping from? 

All items ship out of our office in Camarillo, CA  with the exception that all Printed Welcome Signs are shipped from our printing partner in Utah.

🖤 Will you pack my item so it will not show up broken?

I take this step very seriously. Mr. Bella Rosas would argue that I overpack... but if you are taking the time to choose my business I am taking the time to make sure it gets to you in one piece. Everything ships in a box with some kind of bubble wrap or padding. There are no envelopes in our office. No items should arrive bent or creased. With all that being said the Post Office is out of my control and while I can count the number of times there has been a damaged item in the last 10 years on 1 hand, should something happen please contact me with 24 hours of delivery and we will go from there.
